What is collected
The enquiry form on this site collects full name, company, email address, product interest and enquiry text. No other personal data is collected through the site, and no cookies or analytics scripts are used to track visitors.
How it is used
Enquiry details are sent by email to the trading desk and used only to respond to the enquiry. Details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and are not used for marketing.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained in the desk's mailbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and document the enquiry, consistent with standard business record-keeping.
Your rights
You may request that your enquiry details be deleted by contacting the desk directly. Requests are honored except where retention is required by law or by an ongoing transaction.

This notice may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your enquiry.
