Every mandate starts with documentation.
Mandate basis
Atlas acts as an intermediary under signed NCNDA/IMFPA. We introduce counterparties and structure terms; we do not take title to cargo and do not act as principal.
Counterparty documentation
Principals are expected to provide standard KYC and corporate documentation before an introduction proceeds. Mandates without this documentation are not taken forward.
Sanctions exposure
Atlas does not introduce cargo, counterparties, vessels or routes known to be subject to OFAC, EU, UK or UN sanctions measures.
Origin and title
Product origin and title must be evidenced by the seller through standard documentation. Atlas does not warrant origin or title independently of the seller's own documentation.
